Motif Mapper Collection of scripts, with various GUI interfaces in Visual Basic or .NET4 for the analysis of DNA motif counting experiments. A python version is also available. Keep in mind that I wrote it only to output motifs and position numbers - i.e. it does not graph. You have to use other programs for that. |
